Here is how I made them:

Gingerbread S’more Krispies Recipe:

For the crust:

1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

For the chocolate:

12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the rice krispies: 

3 tablespoons butter

8 ounce bag kraft gingerbread man marshmallows 

6 cups kellog’s rice krispies cereal

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Butter an 8 by 8 baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together your graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Once combined, press crust mixture into the bottom and up the sides of your baking pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Set aside 1/4 cup chocolate chips for later. Melt the rest of the chips (I placed them in a small bowl in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring throughout.)
  4. Pour the melted chocolate evenly on top of the graham cracker crust.
  5. Set aside 12 gingerbread marshmallow men. Melt the 3 tablespoons butter in a large pan over low heat. Add the marshmallows (minus the 12 reserved). Stir constantly until melted.
  6. Remove marshmallows from heat, and stir in 6 cups of rice krispies cereal.
  7. Press the rice krispie treats on top of the chocolate layer in the baking pan.
  8. Finally, melt the reserved 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. Dip one side of each of your 12 reserved marshmallow gingerbread men into the melted chocolate so they are able to stick to the rice krispie treats.
  9. Place the marshmallow men evenly on the top of the dessert.
  10. Store in the refrigerator, cut into squares, and enjoy!
