Tofu Scallion Potstickers Recipe:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced or chopped (about 2 cloves)
2 teaspoons ginger, minced or chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 ounces extra firm tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cup scallions, diced
1 and 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
15-20 store-bought potsticker/gyoza wrappers

1. Press your tofu gently between 2 kitchen towels to remove some of the moisture.
2. Add the sesame oil to a medium pan over medium heat.
3. Then add your garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

9. Steam – add a little water to the bottom of a pot and bring to a boil, then add dumplings to the basket part and cover for 7 to 8 minutes.
10. If you would like your dumplings crispy, steam according to the above directions and then air-fry for 3-5 minutes watching carefully so they do not burn!
